About the 2007-2008 Classroom Aerosol Adventure random drawing
This
random drawing is an opportunity for teachers to win $200.
The purpose of the Classroom Aerosol Adventure is to encourage students
and teachers to learn about the Earth's protective upper ozone layer, CFCs
and the environment by using the provided activities or their own creative
methods. The $200 random drawing is our way of saying thank you to the
teachers who take the time to participate.
NOTE: The 2007-2008 The Classroom Aerosol
Adventure entry period has ended. For a list of winners, selected at
random, click here.
The drawing is open to teachers located within the United States or
U.S. territories and teaching within these grade level categories:
• Elementary Level (Grades 4-6)
• Middle Level (Grades 7-9)

Teachers must visit the CAPCO website (www.nocfcs.org),
1) Complete the Classroom Aerosol Adventure
Online Entry Form
2) Teachers are encouraged to use any of the provided activities or
their own creative method to teach about the Earth's protective upper
ozone layer, CFCs and the environment.
Note: Only submissions from teachers and home educators will be
considered.
Go to the Resources for Teachers section of this website to download teaching
materials and student activities or to request that materials be mailed to
you. You can also request CAPCO’s Another Awesome Aerosol Adventure
on
DVD.
NOTE: ENTRY DEADLINE has passed, please visit
us again in the Fall!
Entries must be received at CAPCO by 5pm EST, Monday, May 2, 2008.
Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. CAPCO is not
responsible for any lost, stolen, late or misdirected email, mail or
deliveries.
All qualifying entries will be included in the random drawing to win
$200. There will be forty (40) random winners.
Awards will be in the form of a check made out to the teacher.
Winners were announced on May 9, 2008 at
http://www.nocfcs.org/scc/pastwinners.htm. Checks will
be awarded by the fall of 2008.
CAPCO Board Members and their respective families are not eligible to
enter the drawing.
To ensure fair consideration, those entries that do not adhere to the
rules will be disqualified.
CAPCO reserves the right to use a student's, teacher's or school's name,
photograph, quote, likeness or descriptive essay for publicity and
promotional purposes.
The drawing is void where prohibited.
